How quickly will you respond to my message?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–4 business hours. For urgent matters, we strongly recommend reaching out via WhatsApp—our team typically responds there within minutes during our active business hours (8:00am – 6:00pm).
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we do! We offer an initial 15-minute discovery call to understand your project needs and see if we are a good fit for each other. For more in-depth strategy sessions or technical audits, a consultation fee may apply, which is later credited toward your project if you choose to move forward.
Can I visit the office without an appointment?
While we love meeting our clients, we operate primarily by appointment to ensure the right team member is available to give you their full attention. We recommend calling or messaging us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule a walk-in visit to our Kano office.
Do you work with clients outside your city?
Absolutely. While we are based in Abuja, we work with clients across Nigeria and internationally. We are fully equipped for remote collaboration via Zoom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless experience regardless of your location.
